I have lived quite a rollercoaster life.
I might look like the girl next door but I have done some crazy things, lived some incredible experiences, travelled to many places and had to learn some hard lessons the hard way.
One day I'll write a book! But right now, I couldn't be happier, in my work as an intimacy and self leadership coach, in my relationships, in my entire life!
I used to be a communications project manager for the oil and gas industry, working out in the eastern block for a few years before I gave it all up to have my two boys when I married their dad back in 2001.
That relationship turned into a tortuous and turbulent affair which just got worse and worse over the years until I became ill in 2018 from the stress of running our family haulage business, while at the same time bringing up our two boys and running our house, pretty much single headedly, while their dad continued to live the way he'd always done.
I felt very alone, very unloved, and very stuck.
When I finally gathered the courage to walk away, it was life changing.
I reconnected to who I am, I reinvented myself, and became everything I always wanted to be.
I gave myself time and space to understand the real me, on a completely different level. I tuned into my body to discover what I really wanted from my new life. I found my magic.
And now I am dedicated to helping other women create the life they dream of. To find the magic within and bring out the woman who as been waiting to emerge.
